Converse
For this project we were tasked to selected a brand and examine exisiting business models to identify opportunities for innovation through disruptive thinking approaches while applying service design principles. I chose Converse, my favourite shoe. My research involved investigating transparency and sustainability within the company. Through this project, I wanted to establish Converse as a leader in the sustainability movement. It is an iconic brand with enormous reach - yet adheres to basics when it comes to ethics. Converse ‘Serve’ (Conserve) was created to be implemented in their new business model focused on a bigger purpose.
